Strong 4 star, more like a 4.5 in my opinion. This small little place in El Cajon puts out some really good Thai.
Some of the best Tom Kha around and the side soup that comes with a lunch order is excellent.
I also ordered a yum woo sen salad which was good, more like a good tasting noodle dish.
My girlfriend ordered the red curry lunch special and the red curry was wonderful, the sides that comes with it like the salad and the eggroll/ fried pot sticker was just ok and could be improved upon.
All in all this place does a really good job and I will definitely be back to try other entrees. Check it out this place is "finest Thai!"

Found this spot randomly on a hunt for Asian food. Ordered a few dishes to include shrimp spring rolls, beef pad thai, lemongrass chicken, and tom yum fried rice with BBQ pork but disappointed that the watermelon juice was only available during the weekdays. Our group are family style and overall pleased with everything; favorite dish was pad thai amongst the group.
It was only one person working the front so you have to be a bit patient with the service. Would recommend if you're in the area and craving Thai food. -

Well I found this on Yelp while visiting from out of town. Got excited for a free thai tea for checking in. Walked in, restaurant was small and clean... not anything fancy. I had to order food for like 8-10 ppl. Ordered 5 dishes thinking this place was gonna deliver big portions and when I went to pay $54 they said I couldnt get my thai tea unless I paid cash and the only way u know that is if u get to the last prompt to check in. -.5 star.
I left and when I got back after 20 min they went to hand me 1 small bag of food. I was like wth. This isnt enough, and spent another $14 on white rice and another small box of food. Mind u, there were absolutely no shrimp or fancy dishes ordered. So I bring these bags back to the house, and open everything up and it looks decent. We all randomly start settling in to eat, and my my my....it was tasty. Lol. Skip the egg rolls. Focus on noodles not rice....spicy noodles and classic beef pad thai were my favorite. I'd go back but I'd need to take cash for my thai tea. -

IDK what happened in the last couple months but it must be a different cook or something, because everything was just.... Slightly OFF. The spring rolls we ordered were unevenly rolled with like basically just lettuce and barely any shrimp. Very unevenly cut too. our order of a hot basil was really wet almost soupy with no spice even though I chose medium. Very disappointing. The to go packaging was different too. Smaller portions and worse quality. This place was a good solid place to come for Thai, but that last order we had was NOT cool. I also ordered to have tofu in my hot basil, but they put in soggy pieces of mock chicken or duck I believe. Not tofu at all. But. Whatever. Just saying, something changed, not for the better though.
